  • Purchase Process
    • Step 1. Select your choice of merchandise

      Click the shopping cart button at the top right corner of the page, and click to select the “payment” option.
    • Step 3. Confirm the merchandise for purchase

      Please confirm the item names, the amount, quantity and unit prices for relevant items in the shopping cart, and then press the “Next” button.
    • Step 4. Fill in the purchase order form

      Please make sure to provide correct information on the person placing the orders and the receiver of merchandise so that the merchandise can be properly delivered.

    After completing the above steps, press “confirm” to send out the order to complete the purchase. The system will send you a confirmation message to request for your reconfirmation.

    The merchandise you purchased will be delivered to you within10~16 working days (excluding weekends and recognized holidays).If the merchandise cannot be delivered within 16 working days under special circumstances, we will let you know via e-mail.     The cost of shipping is NTD 80 for orders less than NTD 1,000. Free shipping for orders exceeding NTD 1,000 (limited to the main island), with delivery to outer islands being charged according to the actual cost of shipment.

    Please ensure that you fill in the correct and complete delivery address. If there is a delivery error, the second delivery will be charged according to the actual cost of delivery.

    For outer islands, we only deliver to the Kinmen Area of Penghu Island (single address); the cost of shipping is NTD 210 for orders exceeding NTD 1,000, and NTD 290 for orders less than NTD 1,000.

    Package Size Restrictions: length * width * height must be within 61-90cm.

    With the exception of remote areas, outlying islands or special delivery requirements, all orders will be delivered by home delivery. The delivery will be made within 3~7 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after the confirmation of payment. To ensure successful delivery of your goods, please be sure to fill in the correct name, shipping location, and contact information.

  • Important notice of delivery
    • Under normal circumstance, you will receive your merchandise within 10~16 working days (excluding weekends and recognized holidays) upon the confirmation of payment. If delivery cannot be made as usual, or the merchandise you ordered is temporarily out of stock or shipment is delayed, we will voluntarily let you know.
    • All the merchandise we sell is made in Taiwan. The Company will make the best of its effort to maintain sufficient supply. Some items may be out of stock temporarily and we will let you know. Your understanding will be deeply appreciated.
    • You will be informed of the exact date of shipment and replacement of merchandise.
    • If you cannot receive your merchandise within 16 working days (excluding weekends and recognized holidays), please contact the customer service personnel of hoscode at once.
    • If the seal for the packing of your merchandise is removed, please contact the customer service personnel of hoscode at soon as possible for inquiry.
    • Please provide the correct address for delivery. If the shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to the Company, will be effect shipment for a second time and the expenses incurred will be borne by the consumers.
  • Seven-day valuation period

    Customers who purchase hoscode goods online are entitled to a seven-day valuation period after the goods have been received. According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers may ask to return merchandise that is unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. In addition, if defective or damaged goods are received or the wrong goods are sent (due to our mistake), we will deliver the goods to you free of charge.

    In order to facilitate the return of the goods, due to the Company's account processing and the difficulty of identity verification, etc., the purchaser of the goods agrees that any refunds made by the Company shall be to the purchaser, and the purchaser may not instruct the Company to transfer the refund to a third party other than the purchaser himself.

    • Please note that the 7-day evaluation period is not a trial period. All merchandise returned has to be unopened and in a re-saleable condition, otherwise it may affect your rights.
    • After you receive the product, please confirm your order as soon as possible. If non-human factors caused damage to the goods, such as scratches, or damage to the packaging, please notify our customer service representatives as soon as possible. We will assess the defective or damaged goods, and issue replacements as soon as possible.
    • Goods kept after 7 days are no longer eligible for the return policy.
